Questions you might be asking.
What counts as a coaching hour?
Credits track the back-and-forth — what you write to Friday and what Friday writes back. Roughly 30 credits per hour of real coaching once you average across short check-ins and deeper sessions. Time spent thinking between messages doesn’t burn anything.
Do unused hours roll over on the Standard plan?
No. Each month resets to a fresh 10 hours — last month’s unused time doesn’t carry over. The plan is built for regular practice, not banking time. If you want credits that stick around, top-ups last 12 months from purchase.
What if I run out mid-month?
On Standard, top up with the same €20 / 200-credit packs as Pay as you go. They’re added on top of your monthly hours and last 12 months.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. We don’t refund the current month, but you keep access until it ends. No emails asking why.
What does "unlimited" really mean on Devoted?
Unlimited coaching. Friday is the coach; the work is yours — writing, art, building. If usage looks like something else (automated scripts, bulk content generation, code-vibing), we’ll reach out before doing anything.
Why credits at all? Why not just hours?
Because conversations vary. A quick check-in costs less than a two-hour dive — credits measure that precisely. Hours, just finer.
Do credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credits last 12 months from purchase. Standard top-up credits, same. Plenty of time.
What is Walk & Talk?
Voice mode — Friday in your ear, while you’re walking, cooking, or away from a screen. Some of the best coaching happens when you’re not staring at a keyboard. Available on Standard and Devoted only.
